I am so excited to introduce another wonderful Memphis entrepreneur here on City Chic Living Blog! Penelope Fisher has had an eye for fashion her entire life and she has put this skill to great use. Not only is she a personal shopper in the realm of fashion, she is also a lifestyle shopper! Need the perfect gift? Lipstick shade? Car? Penelope is an expert when it comes to shopping. Give her your budget and she will make it happen!
Penelope: I guess you could say I've been in the retail world my whole life. My parents owned a small business growing up and it was ingrained in me. I did my homework there after school, worked with my family over the weekends and throughout high school and college. It was just part of life. After I moved to Memphis and started working in digital marketing, I realized I missed retail. More specifically, I missed helping people find what they were looking for-the special something that was JUST right. That's why I started Found and Fitted. I help individuals find the clothing and accessories, but it extends well beyond fashion. The bulk of my business is actually lifestyle personal shopping. Helping people find gifts, plan and buy everything for a party, find the perfect shade of lipstick, new car, vacation rental - you name it.
ME: What college did you go to and what is your degree in?
Penelope: I graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Magazine Journalism - I wanted to be Carrie Bradshaw (but didn't we all!!)

ME: What brands are your favorite?
Penelope: Well I'm a huge Nordstrom fan, but that's not really a brand. It's a lifestyle :) I love to support local brands and shops as much as possible. City & State has a great brand of basic, organic t-shirts that I love. Joe's Jeans are amazing. When it comes to shoes though, my favorites lately are Seychelles.

ME: Do you have any great fashion tips for us?
Penelope:
-Wear what makes you feel beautiful and ignore trends.
-Just put it on and own it. Confidence = style
-And you can never go wrong with neutrals, leopard print accessories and red lips.
ME: Your favorite Quote?
Penelope: "The problem is, you think you have time." - Buddha
