Who doesn't like secret savings? The link at the bottom of this post is top secret to City Chic Living Followers and The Ivory Closet VIP Club! Don't you want to explore? One trend you cannot miss this season is the shoulder-baring tops and dresses. It is all about cut outs and shoulders pieces. Even though the season is more about texture than color, you will see a few new hues introduced this fall, mustard, olive, and dusty rose being the most popular.
