While enjoying my juice cleanse challenge, I had to get extremely crafty with clean eating. On day 3, I was desperate for a flavor that would quench my appetite. With an avocado and some granola, I accidentally made the best snack I have ever eaten. I love this stuff so much, I just had to share! Three easy steps.
Pretty self explanatory.. or should I say, picture explanatory. This snack is perfect eaten with bell pepper scoops or even straight from the spoon. Jack, my 1 1/2 yr old son, loved it too!
